Private label is an important part of Vertigo‘s business, even though over 70% of the company’s business is oriented towards the production and distribution of its own brands in Italy and abroad. Private Label production remains for Vertigo an important stimulus for formulation research and technological innovation. For companies in the cosmetics sector Vertigo represents a reliable partner for the creation of fullservice lines for both haircare and skincare.

Thanks to the know-how derived from more than 35 years in the business and the extensive formulation portfolio, Vertigo is able to offer to its customers a rich assortment of tested and customer- appreciated products.

The Research and Development Laboratory is able to follow the development phases of PL lines, from the design of new formulas and realization of samples to putting them into production, as well as assisting customers in the regulatory aspects for the market launch of new products.

The quality of the formulations is one of the company’s flagships: a modern production department with extensive use of automated technology allows the preparation of bulk 250 kg to 1000 kg of liquids and emulsions. The filling department has automatic and semi-automatic lines ideal for production batches from 1000 to 5000 pcs.
