This page is intended to describe how the site is managed with reference to the processing of personal data of visitors who consult it. This is an information notice also provided pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 – Code regarding the protection of personal data to those who connect to our website (hereinafter “Website”) by accessing the web services electronically. The personal data provided are treated with the utmost confidentiality, they are stored in a protected computerized filing system, in hard copy or through other registration methods. Specific measures are taken against the abuse, loss, unauthorized access, manipulation or dissemination of personal data. When such personal data will no longer be deemed necessary, we will remove any detail that may lead to the identification of the Customer or we will destroy the archived documentation. However, we may need to keep records for a significant period of time. If we retain personal data in the form of a recorded communication, by telephone, electronically, in person or otherwise, such data will be retained in compliance with applicable local law for a period of 5 or 10 years after the conclusion of our business relationship with You. If you have chosen not to receive marketing communications, we will keep your email address on our opt-out list in order to respect your dissent to receive such communications.
Transfers outside the European economic area
We may transfer your personal data outside the European Economic Area to other Group companies, as well as to other processing companies operating on our behalf (“Transferees”).
