Formulated with a stabilized acid pH to effectively dab the residues of alkali, it respects the natural hair shine reinforcing its condition during the treatment.
How to use: after the time-exposure of the waving liquid applied on hair wrapped in curlers, rinse with warm water until the complete removal of the liquid. Dab water from every curler. Use 70% of Neutralizer to fill every curler and leave for 5 minutes. Gently remove curlers and distribute the Neutralizer on each lock. Leave for 1-2 minute. Rinse thoroughly with warm water until the complete removal of the Neutralizer, then proceed with hair set.
